Launch of the Vannier-Amance wind farm construction site(20 February 2020)

Composed of 17 wind turbines of 2.5 MW, the wind turbines at this wind farm are spread over 3 municipalities of the Haute-Marne, south-east of Langres, on the boundary of the Haute-Saône department. Having developed the project, Velocita Energies is now responsible for the construction of the wind farm and will then also take over its operation and maintenance.

The year 2020 will be devoted to the realisation of the civil engineering works: creation of the accesses, platforms and foundations of the wind turbines. The masts, blades and turbines will be delivered early next year for commissioning in early 2022. Once built, the wind farm will produce 111 GWh per year, equivalent to the electricity consumption of 52,000 people.
